Spring in Savannah

Hello,

I hope this finds you well as we enjoy beautiful Spring weather here in Savannah. I know it has not been the same across the country these last few weeks, from the torrential rain in Florida to late winter storms in the Mid-West and record snow and rain falls in the West. Strange weather patterns indeed.

I write this as I ready myself to fly to New York to sign on to the Norwegian Dawn for her transatlantic cruise to Southampton, England. This will be my second crossing and I very much look forward to it. I stay on board for some 10-day British Isles sailings after that and return here in several weeks’ time.

Then it’s on to Ireland in July for the first of our four Tours this year. Two are customized private Tours and the other two are regular ones.

All in all, it should be a lot of fun, with a whole lot of moving parts!

We are planning our 2024 Ireland Tours at the moment. Final pricing has not yet come in, but our Celtic Dream Tour 2024 is set for July 25 – August 2, 2024.

Starting in Shannon and ending in Dublin airport, this tour takes us to the counties of Limerick, Kerry, Cork and up through Tipperary to County Kildare. As always, we will stay in finely appointed Irish Hotels and enjoy a full sightseeing schedule along the way. The official flyer will not be available for some weeks yet, but we do have a temporary flyer available with the Tour highlights…please get in touch if you would like a copy sent to you. Our second Tour is set for September 2024 and will start in Manchester airport and end in Dublin airport.

Along the way we’ll visit Liverpool (Beatles!), Wales and Ireland’s East coast. We will travel by ferry between Ireland and England. Full sightseeing itinerary along the way of course. We’ll post information on this Tour as soon as it’s available.

It’s been a relatively quiet year for me so far in 2023. I performed some concerts and some private events, all of which were most enjoyable, but I’ve not been ‘on the road’ nearly as much as in years gone by. To book a private event or a concert Show, again please get in touch.

My thoughts and prayers are with those who have lost loved ones recently and also to those who are fighting a severe illness.

That’s it for now, short and sweet. Stay safe out there,

Harry O'Donoghue
