Hello,

I hope all is well with you. Now that the St. Patrick’s Day festivities and Easter are behind us it’s time to look ahead towards the summer.

We have three tours going to Ireland this year. The first is a private Tour with the friends of the Savannah Philharmonic on June 17th. Conductor Peter Shannon will join us on our travels and this Tour is now closed. The second is a Celtic Spirituality Tour with Fr. Liam and Mary Collins on June 30th. We do have two seats still open on this Tour and we will close the Tour in the next ten or twelve days. Our annual  O’Donoghue Tour begins in Dublin on July 9th and we have a few seats still open on this Tour. Please get in touch if you are interested in joining us in Ireland this year. The full itineraries and further information are to be found on our Tours page here on the website.

On April 19th I begin my 2015 performance schedule with Norwegian Cruise Line. I will join the Norwegian Dawn on her repositioning cruise, sailing from New Orleans to Boston. I look forward to being on board again and seeing some friends on the entertainment, cruise and technical staff.

I’m also very much looking forward to being a part of Joanie Madden’s Irish Cruise, leaving from New York on May 16th. There are still cabins available even at this late stage. A nice seven day break might be just what you need. It’s hard to describe the fun of having over fifty Irish musicians on board and there will be sessions, workshops, concerts, singing and dancing galore. For further information please email Kevin Donovan at:  book@joaniemaddencruise.com or call: 1 855-474-7427

My new project Seasons of Love will be released this week, April 17th to be precise. It’s a concept CD that follows a love story from first meeting to the golden years. It contains the song Dance with you Daddy which has become very popular at my live shows. It will be available online here at the website, at my shows and digitally on CDbaby, iTunes and other digital media outlets.

The Green Island Radio Show is growing in popularity and can be heard on all GPB member stations and live online each Sunday evening at 9:00 PM with a repeat broadcast every Wednesday at 10:00 PM. We feature Celtic music in all its forms, from traditional to folk, ballads, contemporary, ethereal, orchestral, pop, rock and spiritual.

You can check out our Facebook page for recent happenings and photos. We do try to keep our schedule page up to date here but occasionally performance times and venues change so please confirm before coming out to see a show.

Thank you for your continued support and if you have travel plans this summer I hope you enjoy the adventure.

See you out there,

Harry O'Donoghue
